1. What this app is
DinneyClean Muse Agent Luke is a private integration that connects DinneyClean's QuickBooks Online company to an AI bookkeeping agent. It is used solely for DinneyClean's internal business purposes. There are no public end users.
2. Information we access
Through Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API, the integration accesses DinneyClean's own accounting data — including invoices, bills, customers, vendors, transactions, and reports — strictly to perform bookkeeping tasks authorized by DinneyClean. No personal information is collected from the general public.
3. How information is used
Accessed data is used only to carry out DinneyClean's bookkeeping work, such as reviewing transactions, preparing summaries, and generating reports. Data is not used for advertising, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties. Data is processed through Meta's AI platform solely as the service provider operating this integration on DinneyClean's behalf, and through Intuit's API as the data source.
5. Data security and retention
API credentials and OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never exposed in conversation or shared. Accounting data is accessed only when needed for an authorized task and is not retained longer than necessary to complete that task.
6. Your rights
Because this integration has no public end users, data-subject requests can be directed to DinneyClean, which can revoke the integration's access to QuickBooks Online at any time via the Intuit Developer portal or QuickBooks app settings.
