End-User License Agreement

1. What this app is
DinneyClean Muse Agent Luke is a private integration that connects DinneyClean's QuickBooks Online company to an AI bookkeeping agent. It is built and operated solely for DinneyClean's internal business use.
2. License grant
DinneyClean grants its authorized staff a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this integration solely for DinneyClean's internal bookkeeping purposes, including reviewing invoices, bills, transactions, and reports in DinneyClean's QuickBooks Online company.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense this integration, or use it on behalf of any other business. Access credentials (including Intuit client credentials and OAuth tokens) must be kept confidential.
4. QuickBooks data
The integration accesses DinneyClean's QuickBooks Online accounting data through Intuit's official API, using only the permissions DinneyClean has authorized. Data is used solely to perform bookkeeping tasks on DinneyClean's behalf.
5. No warranty
This integration is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DinneyClean does not warrant that the integration will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinneyClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this integration.
7. Termination
DinneyClean may revoke access to this integration at any time. Upon termination, all access tokens will be revoked.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
